coachnadira.com ("Coach Nadira," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website coachnadira.com (the "Site"), sells digital products and the Magnesium Oil spray, offers 1:1 coaching (including the Resilience Rebuild program), and runs a free Facebook community, the Body & Mind Wellness Collective (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Information provided when you book a call through TidyCal (tidycal.com/coachnadira), including your name, email, and any notes you add.
• Order and billing information submitted at checkout through Systeme.io, our checkout and payment provider, when you purchase a digital product or the Magnesium Oil spray (name, email, shipping address for physical items, and payment details, which Systeme.io and its payment processors handle directly — we do not store your full card number).
• Information you share when you join the Body & Mind Wellness Collective Facebook group or otherwise message us on social media, which is governed by Meta/Facebook’s own privacy policy in addition to this one.
• Information you volunteer during a coaching engagement, discovery call, intake form, or in written or verbal communications with Nadira.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited, collected through server logs and, if enabled in the future, analytics tools.
• Cookies and similar technologies used to remember preferences and understand how visitors use the Site (see Section 3, Cookies).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver purchased digital products and process orders for physical products;
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on coaching calls and discovery calls;
• Provide coaching services and personalize the support we offer;
