This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made from coachnadira.com ("Coach Nadira," "we," "us," or "our"), including digital downloads, the Magnesium Oil spray, and the Resilience Rebuild 1:1 coaching program. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. Digital Products
Because our digital products (the Stress Reset Card Deck, Gut-Friendly Recipe Cards, Reset Ritual Habit Tracker, Morning & Evening Ritual Workbook, and 7-Day Anti-Inflammatory Reset) are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately, all digital product sales are eligible for a refund within 3 days of purchase if you have not yet downloaded the file.
- If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading a digital product, contact us at info@coachnadira.com within 3 days of purchase and we will make it right, first by re-sending the file, and if that isn’t possible, by issuing a refund.
- Refund requests based on "change of mind" or dissatisfaction with the content, rather than a technical delivery problem, are handled at our discretion given the instant, irreversible nature of digital delivery.
2. Magnesium Oil Spray (Physical Product)
- If your Magnesium Oil spray arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@coachnadira.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Unopened, unused bottles in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, minus original and return shipping costs. Because this is a consumable wellness product, opened or used bottles are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, except where the product was defective.
- To start a return, email info@coachnadira.com with your order number. We will provide instructions for where to send the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, typically within 15 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error (wrong or defective item).
3. Resilience Rebuild Coaching Program
- Discovery/free calls booked through TidyCal are free and carry no payment or refund obligation.
- Enrollment in the Resilience Rebuild becomes binding once your coaching agreement is signed and payment (in full or the first installment, if on a payment plan) is received.
- Payments for the Resilience Rebuild are non-refundable once the program begins, except as required by law, because spots are limited and reserved specifically for you. If you need to reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing info@coachnadira.com. Sessions canceled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be rescheduled at our discretion.
- If Coach Nadira needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer a replacement session at no additional cost.
4. How to Request a Refund or Return
Email info@coachnadira.com with your order number, the product or service purchased, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout through Systeme.io. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us first at info@coachnadira.com to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, so we have the chance to make it right directly.
